Sky has announced the removal of Spark (SPK) token rewards for staking SKY tokens, a move aimed at reducing SPK emissions by about 30%. This decision, along with proposed updates to Spark's buyback parameters, is expected to cut net SPK emissions by 40% overall. According to Sky's official statement, this reduction is equivalent to approximately $23 million in emissions over the next year, based on current net income and SPK prices.
