This move transitions the process from the #new-spells channel of the old Sky Builder Discord server. Contract writers must now submit new spell addresses as comments on this forum post, where two reviewers will verify them, ensuring an open and traceable record. The old Discord channel will no longer be used for this purpose, though the Sky Discord server remains unaffected.
