SK Hynix has fully booked its 2026 production capacity for high-bandwidth memory (HBM) chips, driven by robust demand from AI giants such as Nvidia and Google. The company's Q3 revenue soared to ₩24.45 trillion ($17.13 billion), marking a 39% increase from the previous year, largely due to HBM sales. Operating profit also surged by 62% to ₩11.38 trillion. Holding a 64% share of the global HBM market, SK Hynix is capitalizing on the booming sector, which is projected to reach $43 billion by 2027, according to Counterpoint Research. This growth underscores the increasing reliance on advanced memory solutions in AI applications.
