Nasdaq-listed Silvia (SVIA) has sold 124 Bitcoin and repurchased an additional 2.3% of its outstanding common stock since September 15. The company now holds approximately 5,130 BTC and has cumulatively repurchased about 14.5% of shares outstanding since launching its buyback program.
Silvia stated it will continue repurchasing shares as long as the stock price remains below net asset value (NAV). As of the September 22 close, the company reported 82.88 million shares outstanding with a NAV of approximately $4.27 per share.
