SignalPlus confirmed a network attack after detecting abnormal activity in the early hours of November 4. The breach originated from a compromised third-party Telegram account and affected users who had not configured IP whitelists.
As a precautionary measure, SignalPlus worked with its CEX partners to revoke all associated API keys and temporarily suspended terminal services. Total losses from the incident were under $82,000, and the company stated that all affected users will be fully compensated. Full service restoration is expected within the next few days.
