Police in Ya’an City, Sichuan Province, have dismantled a cross-border criminal operation involving an online pornography site, "Xiuxiu Seman," which targeted adolescents for profit. The site amassed over 100 million page views and facilitated illicit transactions exceeding RMB 12 million (approximately USD 1.66 million). Funds were funneled through various accounts and transferred overseas using virtual currencies, orchestrated by Li Mouwu and associates. The Ya’an City Mingshan District People’s Court has sentenced five individuals to prison for crimes related to distributing obscene materials and aiding network-related criminal activities. Investigations continue into the overseas financial backers of the operation.
