Shiba Inu has attracted 1,108 new investors in May, marking the highest monthly increase in a year, according to Etherscan data. This brings the total number of SHIB holders to 1.58 million. The surge in new investors comes after Shiba Inu experienced a 3% price increase on Sunday, continuing its strong momentum from April. Despite the influx of new investors, Shiba Inu has struggled to break past its fifth zero in trading value, maintaining this level for nearly a year. The token's price has seen minor fluctuations, with previous double-digit gains often eroding within a month. For significant price growth, Shiba Inu would need a substantial increase in new holders, potentially 10,000 to 50,000 daily, to drive up its value.
