Shenzhen's Longgang District Artificial Intelligence (Robotics) Bureau has unveiled a draft proposal to support the development of OpenClaw and OPC technologies. The initiative, open for public comment, aims to foster innovation through subsidies and incentives. Key measures include the establishment of "Lobster Service Zones" for free OpenClaw deployment, with eligible operators receiving financial support. Entities contributing significant code to international communities or developing applications in intelligent manufacturing, smart government, and healthcare may receive subsidies up to RMB 2 million. Additionally, standout projects could be recognized as "Longgang District OpenClaw Application Demonstration Projects," earning a reward of 30% of their investment, capped at 1 million RMB. The district also plans to provide investment channels and equity support up to 10 million RMB for promising OPC projects, prioritizing youth-led initiatives.
