SharpLink Gaming, trading on NASDAQ as SBET, has entered into a $400 million registered direct offering agreement with five global institutional investors. This strategic move, alongside an additional $200 million ATM financing yet to be utilized, is set to significantly enhance the company's Ethereum holdings. Currently holding approximately 598,800 ETH, SharpLink Gaming's ETH treasury is projected to surpass $3 billion upon completion of the transaction, expected by August 12, 2025.
