Shares of semiconductor company XFAB surged 10% at the opening of the Euronext Paris exchange, trading at €9.88, following a bullish endorsement from market influencer Serenity. Known as the "new stock guru," Serenity announced a position in XFAB, citing its attractive $1.28 billion market cap and potential benefits from the forthcoming EU Chips Act 2.0. The EU Chips Act 2.0 is anticipated to prioritize photonics companies, potentially benefiting XFAB, which is closely linked with NVIDIA. XFAB's photonixFAB project is set to mass-produce NVIDIA's photonic transceivers and optical switches, positioning the company for significant growth.
