Securitize plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "SECZ" on July 2, following its merger with SPAC Cantor Equity Partners II. The CEPT shareholder meeting is set for June 29 to vote on the merger, with a redemption rate currently below 30%. Upon completion, the merged entity will be renamed Securitize Corp.
