The event will be opened by SEC Commissioners Caroline Crenshaw and Hester Peirce, alongside Jamie Selway, Director of the Division of Trading and Markets. SEC Chairman Paul S. Atkins is set to deliver a speech. The roundtable will include three panel discussions focusing on the experiences of market participants over the past two decades, the role of the trade-through prohibition in the current market structure, and potential future developments. Representatives from major financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and Nasdaq are expected to attend.
