The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a lawsuit against Danh Vo, the founder of VBit Technologies, accusing him of misappropriating approximately $48.5 million. The funds were allegedly taken from investors through unregistered bitcoin mining contracts. The SEC claims that Vo used these funds for personal expenses and other unauthorized purposes, violating federal securities laws.
