Robo.ai, a Dubai-based cryptocurrency company, has applied to participate in the selection of strategic investors for the pre-restructuring of Jiyue Auto. The company, which recently rebranded from Newton Group and trades on Nasdaq under "AIIO", has expanded into various sectors, including token payment systems and new energy vehicles. Despite Robo.ai's application, Jiyue Auto's interim administrator stated they are unaware of the submission and negotiations with strategic investors are ongoing. This suggests Robo.ai's move may be unilateral, as Jiyue Auto has not actively engaged with cryptocurrency firms.
