Riot Platforms, Inc. has announced the appointment of Jason Chung as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective March 1, 2026. Chung, currently serving as Executive Vice President, will succeed Colin Yee, who will transition to a Senior Advisor role. With 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, Chung has been instrumental in leading Riot's capital markets strategy and M&A initiatives. In his new position, he will oversee the finance department, corporate development, and investor relations.
