The ResolvLabs protocol has suffered a significant security breach, resulting in an estimated $25 million loss. The attacker initiated the exploit by using 200,000 USDC to mint 80 million USR tokens, which were then staked for wstUSR to circumvent low liquidity issues. The exploiter subsequently swapped wstUSR for stablecoins and converted them into Ethereum, effectively exiting most of the position. Currently, the exploiter holds approximately 11,400 ETH, valued at around $24 million, and 20 million wstUSR, worth about $1.3 million. The incident has caused the price of USR to plummet by 80%, highlighting vulnerabilities within the protocol's security measures.
