The company also anticipates adjusted EBITDA of $285 million to $295 million, exceeding analysts' forecasts of $277.1 million. The platform reported a 69% increase in revenue to $663 million, beating the expected $610.9 million, alongside a 75% year-over-year rise in active advertisers. Daily active unique visitors grew by 17% to 126.8 million, and global average revenue per user increased by 44%. Reddit attributes these gains to enhanced ad targeting efficiency through AI tools, with performance-driven ad revenue now making up over 60% of total ad revenue.
