Decentralized AI protocol Prime Intellect has successfully raised $130 million in a Series A funding round led by Radical Ventures. The round saw participation from NVIDIA Ventures, Intel Capital, Dell Technologies Capital, and existing investors, bringing the company's total funding to over $150 million. Prime Intellect, founded in 2024, is developing an open superintelligence stack aimed at providing enterprises with comprehensive AI agent development infrastructure. The company serves over 6,000 enterprises and startups, including Ramp and Zapier, with annualized revenue surpassing $100 million. With the new funding, Prime Intellect plans to expand its compute clusters and reinforcement learning capabilities, focusing on innovative areas such as long-horizon agents, recursive language models, and continual learning.
