Polygon Labs has announced that the Polygon zkEVM Mainnet Beta sequencer will be delisted on July 1st, 2026. Users are advised to bridge their on-chain wallet assets to the Ethereum mainnet via ui.agglayer.dev before this date. Assets not bridged in time will be automatically migrated to Ethereum L1 and can be claimed later through a dedicated interface. Polygon clarified that it does not control any DeFi protocols on zkEVM, meaning assets locked in DeFi contracts cannot be automatically migrated. Protocol teams and users must actively withdraw and migrate liquidity before the deadline. Any unclaimed automatically migrated assets will be considered abandoned after December 31st, 2027.
