Polygon Labs has officially released Bor v2.10.3 to address two medium-severity denial-of-service vulnerabilities in BlockSTM V2 parallel block execution. The update fixes issues related to an uncapped shared Keccak-256 cache and repeated smart contract code hash computations during parallel processing.
These vulnerabilities affect Bor versions v2.10.1 and v2.10.2, which have BlockSTM V2 enabled by default. Polygon Labs confirmed that no exploitation of these flaws has been detected on either the mainnet or the Amoy testnet.
