Paradigm has appointed Katie Biber as its new Chief Operating Officer, while she continues her role as Chief Legal Officer. Co-founder Matt Huang announced the appointment, highlighting Biber's expertise in legal and policy matters and her capabilities as an operations manager. Biber, who has been with Paradigm for over four years, will manage the company alongside Alana Palmedo.
