Oura Health Oy, the Finnish smart ring manufacturer, has filed a confidential draft S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, aiming for a U.S. stock market listing later this year. The IPO will be underwritten by Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan. Founded in 2013, Oura has grown significantly, achieving a post-money valuation of $11 billion following an $875 million Series E funding round led by Fidelity Investments in October 2025. The company has raised over $1.5 billion in total funding to date.
