Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison has canceled a plan to sell up to 50 million shares of the company, valued at approximately $7.5 billion based on last Friday’s closing price. The plan was established on June 22 and was set to expire on October 24, but no shares were sold. Oracle said Ellison has no other plans to sell company stock. Oracle shares have fallen more than 20% year-to-date in 2025 amid concerns over AI spending.
