This announcement was made via a post on X, highlighting the inclusion of these projects in the plan. Other general-purpose tools will be considered for support on a case-by-case basis. Zixuan Li also advised users against sharing their accounts or using subscriptions as APIs. Users experiencing Error 1313, despite adhering to the guidelines, are encouraged to reach out to official support for help.
