OpenAI is set to launch a new joint venture, "The Deployment Company," valued at $10 billion, to facilitate the adoption of its artificial intelligence software by businesses. The venture has secured over $4 billion in funding from 19 investors, including TPG Inc., Brookfield Asset Management, Advent, and Bain Capital. OpenAI will maintain control and majority ownership of the new entity, which aims to accelerate AI integration across various industries.
