The model integrates with Synopsys' EDA tools, enabling AI agents to execute chip design tasks focused on power, performance, and area optimization while interpreting results for iterative improvements. The system operates on OpenAI-hosted infrastructure with a strict guarantee that customer design data will not be used for model training. The companies have adopted an undisclosed revenue-sharing model and have already initiated early collaboration with leading semiconductor customers.
