Open Campus, a decentralized education autonomous organization, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Vietnamese HR firm Le & Associates and digital recruitment platform SKALE to pilot a blockchain-driven job matching program in Vietnam. This collaboration will integrate Open Campus's educational ecosystem and identity infrastructure with Le & Associates' recruitment expertise and SKALE's AI recruitment platform. The initiative aims to enable job seekers to share verified skill achievements directly with employers, initially focusing on high school and university graduates entering the workforce.
