OneKey has terminated its partnership with reseller Cryptobilis and announced a free replacement program for hardware wallets purchased between March 1 and October 12, 2026. Eligible customers must submit replacement applications by December 31 to receive a new device at no cost. The company advises users currently holding assets on affected devices to immediately transfer funds to a wallet secured with a new recovery phrase as a precautionary security measure during the transition period.
