OneKey has assured users that the recent 'Milk Sad' vulnerability does not compromise the security of its software and hardware wallets. The vulnerability, linked to Libbitcoin Explorer (bx) 3.x, involves a pseudo-random number generator that could allow attackers to predict private keys. However, OneKey's hardware wallets use an EAL6+ security chip with a true random number generator, and its software wallets rely on a system-level CSPRNG entropy source, both meeting cryptographic standards. The company highlighted that the vulnerability affects some older versions of Trust Wallet and products using bx 3.x. OneKey advises users to manage assets with hardware wallets and avoid importing mnemonics from software wallets into hardware wallets for optimal security.
