Ondo Finance will stop minting USDY on the Aptos and Noble networks starting September 8. USDY on other supported networks will not be affected, but holders on Osmosis and Mantra will also be impacted because USDY on those networks is bridged from Noble via IBC.
Ondo said USDY will remain fully reserved during the process and all affected holders will have a migration or exit path. Holders of 1,000 USDY or more can bridge to other supported networks or redeem directly at net asset value through Ondo until September 8, 2027. Holders with less than 1,000 USDY can exit through third-party open market liquidity during a 90-day transition period ending December 7, 2026.
Osmosis and Mantra holders can bridge USDY back to Noble via IBC and follow the same rules, or exit directly through third-party liquidity on Osmosis.
