Singapore-based digital trade platform Olea has successfully raised $30 million in a Series A funding round. The investment was led by BBVA, XDC Network, theDOCK, and SC Ventures, a subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank. The capital will be used to enhance Olea's AI and Web3 capabilities in high-growth markets, as well as to develop products like embedded finance and risk analytics.
Since its launch in 2022, Olea has secured a CMS license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore and has facilitated over $3 billion in financing for more than 1,000 companies across 70 trade channels. This funding round marks a significant step in Olea's mission to expand its digital trade solutions.
