Bitcoin mining pool OCEAN said Luke Dashjr has left the company by mutual agreement, stepping down as chairman, chief technology officer, and director. OCEAN also repurchased all of his equity, with the company saying the separation followed differing visions for the future of Bitcoin mining. Dashjr, a co-founder of OCEAN, will now focus on a new project called CONVOY. OCEAN said it will continue serving miners through its transparent, non-custodial mining pool.
