NVIDIA's corporate venture arm, NVentures, has invested in Swedish legal tech startup Legora as part of a $50 million Series D funding round. This marks NVentures' first foray into the legal AI sector. Legora, which uses AI to enhance legal efficiency, has also attracted investment from Atlassian and other notable firms, including Andreessen Horowitz and Kleiner Perkins.
The funding round is an extension of Legora's recent $5.5 billion D-round, bringing its post-money valuation to $5.6 billion. The company, a former Y Combinator participant, has achieved over $100 million in annual recurring revenue, positioning it closer to its competitor Harvey, which recently reached an $11 billion valuation.
