NVIDIA has entered a strategic partnership with IREN Limited to accelerate the deployment of AI data centers, granting NVIDIA a warrant to purchase up to 30 million IREN shares at $70 each over five years. This could result in a $2.1 billion investment if fully exercised. The collaboration aims to deploy up to 5 gigawatts of NVIDIA DSX architecture AI infrastructure across IREN's global network, focusing on the 2-gigawatt Sweetwater campus in Texas.
