Nvidia has introduced a new AI infrastructure partnership model aimed at expanding compute capacity through collaboration with AI cloud providers. Announced on July 1, the initiative involves revenue sharing and credit support mechanisms to establish large-scale, multi-tenant AI factories. This model is designed to facilitate faster access to AI computing power for startups, model developers, enterprises, and research institutions, while generating recurring revenue for Nvidia based on computing power usage. Under this plan, AI cloud vendors will deploy AI factories using the Nvidia DSX AI Factory architecture, offering cloud computing services to external clients. This strategic move is expected to enhance Nvidia's role in the AI ecosystem by leveraging its technology to support a broader range of AI applications and users.
