Nuvei has obtained a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) license under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR), becoming one of the first firms to do so. This license enables Nuvei to offer regulated crypto services, including storage, transfers, and trading, across the European Union using a single passport system. Additionally, Nuvei holds a payment institution license for e-money tokens, allowing it to provide compliant crypto payment and settlement solutions.
