The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) was responsible for 76% of server-side attacks this year. The stolen funds were laundered through small-scale splitting and early conversions using bridging and mixing techniques, often involving Chinese margin trading services and OTC transactions. The typical redemption cycle for these laundered funds was about 45 days. While the amount stolen from individual wallets decreased to approximately $713 million, the number of incidents rose to 158,000.
