North Korean-linked hackers are reportedly using AI to automate malicious code generation and exploit software vulnerabilities, according to reports from Kaspersky and Google's Threat Intelligence Group. The South Korean National Intelligence Service claims these hackers stole approximately $1.48 billion in virtual assets last year, reinvesting the proceeds into upgrading their attack tools. Additionally, North Korea is allegedly developing its own AI model, "Ryongma 1.0," to enhance its cyber capabilities. These allegations have not been officially confirmed.
