Laser Digital, a crypto trading firm backed by Nomura Securities, has introduced a tokenized Bitcoin yield fund aimed at long-term investors. The fund employs strategies such as market-neutral arbitrage, lending, and options to deliver returns exceeding 5% over Bitcoin's spot performance on a rolling 12-month basis. Tokenization is managed by KAIO, with custody provided by Komainu, a joint venture of Nomura, CoinShares, and Ledger. The fund is available to select accredited investors outside the U.S., requiring a minimum investment of $250,000 or equivalent in Bitcoin.
