Neynar is set to acquire and take over operations of Farcaster, as announced by Farcaster co-founder Dan Romero. In the coming weeks, Neynar will assume control of Farcaster's protocol contracts, code repositories, official app, and Clanker. The acquisition will see Neynar responsible for protocol governance, developer coordination, and infrastructure operations.
