Neo, an AI security control platform founded by former SentinelOne executives, has raised $100 million in a funding round led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners. Craft Ventures and Merlin Ventures also participated in the round. Neo offers a platform for enterprise SecOps teams to manage AI agents, applications, and traditional software with real-time inventory, capability and risk intelligence, behavior attribution, and fine-grained policy control. The company plans to use the funds to accelerate product development and market expansion, aiming to enhance security governance as enterprises increasingly adopt AI agents.
