Nebius Group has signed a multi-year agreement with Reflection AI to provide over $1 billion in compute power until 2029. The deal includes access to Nvidia GB300 chips, enhancing Reflection AI's capabilities in AI model development. Reflection AI, which has previously secured a multi-billion dollar chip acquisition deal with SpaceX and received investments from Nvidia, is currently negotiating a $2.5 billion funding round at a $25 billion valuation. Nebius, which spun off from Yandex in 2024, positions itself as a "new cloud" company specializing in AI compute power and has partnerships with Microsoft and Meta.
