SVRN, a NEAR treasury company, has completed the acquisition of infrastructure platform FastNEAR. Following the transaction, FastNEAR becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of SVRN, with co-founders Evgeny Kuzyakov and Mike Purvis joining the SVRN team. FastNEAR operates as a high-performance RPC infrastructure service provider supporting NEAR applications and underlying data layers. Its services include server clusters for network read/write operations, archival infrastructure preserving complete transaction history, and NEARDATA, a historical data processing source for developers.
