The bill also suggests life imprisonment for operating scam centers and conducting cryptocurrency fraud. Additionally, it plans to establish a special committee to coordinate international anti-fraud efforts. The bill is expected to be submitted to parliament for review in June. This development follows recent sanctions by the U.S. Treasury against entities in Myanmar and Cambodia suspected of involvement in crypto scams.
