This initiative targets payment companies, financial institutions, and infrastructure teams to facilitate production-level payment activities on the blockchain. The accelerator will address challenges such as long settlement cycles and liquidity constraints in cross-border transactions. It will focus on areas like crypto cards, cross-border remittances, and payment gateways, providing tailored settlement infrastructure, incentives for on-chain activity, and funding support. Morph's network utilizes BGB as its gas and governance token, aligning payment volume growth with its settlement mechanisms. The company has already partnered with initial payment operators and is now accepting applications for the accelerator program.
