Morgan Stanley has filed amended S-1 registration statements for its proposed Ethereum and Solana ETFs, setting a management fee of 0.14% for both funds. This fee is lower than the current market rates, including Grayscale's Ethereum Mini Trust at 0.15% and Franklin Templeton's Solana ETF at 0.19%. The Ethereum ETF will trade under the ticker MSSE, while the Solana ETF will use MSOL.
The filing also reveals that both ETFs will stake a portion of their assets through Figment, Galaxy, and Coinbase Canada, with 5% of staking rewards allocated to service providers and custodians. Morgan Stanley's Bitcoin Trust, which also launched with a 0.14% fee, has attracted $307 million in net inflows as of June 18.
