Morgan Stanley has raised its price target for Alphabet to $415, driven by bullish projections for Google Cloud. The investment bank forecasts Google Cloud's revenue to hit $308 billion by 2028, with $229 billion from core cloud services and $79 billion from external TPU sales. The report anticipates Google will expand its computing capacity by 9 GW, including 7 GW from self-developed TPUs and 2 GW from NVIDIA GPUs. Morgan Stanley also projects Google Cloud's EBIT to reach $132 billion, representing 46% of Alphabet's total earnings.
