Oldenburg previously led the emerging markets equity business. This strategic move comes as Morgan Stanley recently filed for spot Bitcoin and Solana ETFs and plans to launch its own digital wallet this year. The firm is also expanding its digital asset team, recruiting for roles in portfolio governance and crypto compliance consulting.
