Moonwell said it detected an anomaly in the MAMO Core market on Base and is actively investigating the issue. To contain potential impact, the lending protocol lowered the borrow caps of all Core markets on Base to 1 wei, effectively blocking new borrowing.
The protocol also reduced the supply caps for MAMO and WELL to 1 wei. All other supply caps on Base remain unchanged.
