Crypto payments firm MoonPay has appointed Anne Giviskos as Chief Financial Officer of its global business. Giviskos previously served as interim CFO and Chief Accounting Officer at Navan and held senior positions at the New York Stock Exchange and Euronext. Mouna Ammari Siala continues to serve as interim CFO for MoonPay's U.S. operations. Addressing market speculation regarding a potential IPO, a MoonPay spokesperson stated the company remains focused on building an "iconic private company." The firm intends to continue expanding its payments, stablecoin, and financial markets businesses rather than pursuing a public listing at this time.
